Old Fashioned is a style that has taken the world by storm.
The style has been in the spotlight for many years and has been the mainstay of women’s fashion since its inception in 1980.
The most popular version of the style has always been worn with a white dress.
In a recent interview with Esquire, former fashion designer Michele Taccone shared how her career has changed since the first time she wore a white frock in the 80s.
“I can say it was an incredible moment, I can remember the first white frocks I ever wore,” she said.
“It was the first moment when I started thinking about what I wanted to do and how I wanted the world to see me.
I thought, ‘I don’t want to be a model and be a part of a society that doesn’t value women.’
And so, I decided I was going to become a fashionista and I was just going to do it on my own.”
